7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. ~ Seven days a week

INCLUDED WITH MEMBERSHIP
Access to all cardiovascular, free weight and other equipment.
Access to shower facilities and locker rooms.
DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCESS TO THE POOL/HOT TUB

RULES
Must obey any all posted rules and/or signs. Must return all free weights to the racks when finished.
Playing of loud music is prohibited. Respect others while using the facility.
Must read and sign a disclaimer prior to using facilities.
Must be 18 years old. Copy of MI driver's license required.
